We all have goals, whether it's a specific task we need to accomplish or skill we want to learn, or a large scale improvement project for ourselves or our team. Realizing your goals in tangible ways is sometimes more effective (and enjoyable!) when someone walks alongside you and/or your organization to help you articulate those goals, co-consider criteria for measuring success, support capacity building, and help you measure the effectiveness of the professional development program undertaken.  Clarifying desired outcomes (and motives behind those outcomes), and celebrating growth over time while making small, as-needed adjustments along the way, are key ingredients for accomplishing successful outcomes.

​With over two decades of experience in public education, hospitality, and project management, I have developed a wide range of skills and expertise.  I've also acquired an extensive network of just the right person to call on for support with custom or large-scale projects.
